Swedavia has appointed Anders Örnulf as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the airport operator’s Group management team.
Örnulf will take up the role on October 19, joining Swedavia after most recently serving as CFO at Hemnet. He brings extensive experience in senior finance leadership positions.
Commenting on his appointment, Örnulf said Swedavia’s airports play an important role in Sweden’s connectivity and competitiveness, adding that he looked forward to joining the organisation and contributing to its continued development.
Swedavia owns, operates and develops ten airports across Sweden, with a focus on supporting connectivity for passengers, businesses and communities.
The group describes safe and satisfied passengers as the foundation of its operations and has also positioned environmental performance as a key priority. Since 2020, Swedavia’s own airport operations at all ten airports have been fossil-free.
Swedavia reported sales of approximately SEK 6.8 billion in 2025 and employs around 2,800 people.
