SkyWorks announced that Thomas W. Mahr will become CEO of newly-formed SkyWorks Holdings, LLC, parent company of SkyWorks Capital, LLC and SkyWorks Leasing, LLC, and Steven T. Gaal will become President and COO of Holdings. Jeff Craine will assume the position of President & COO of SkyWorks Capital where he previously served as Managing Director. Anders Hebrand will continue his current position as President & COO of SkyWorks Leasing.
In addition, SkyWorks Capital announced the opening of its first office in Europe with Jens Dunker appointed as Managing Director. Jens is the founder of Jetline Consulting Ltd. where he will continue to serve in that capacity for an intermediate period. Prior to that he held a senior finance position at TUI AG, and worked for Lufthansa and Dornier Luftfahrt.
