ESMA Aviation Academy sees high demand for airport ground staff training

In 2011 450 trainees enrolled at ESMA Aviation Academy in Airport Ground Staff
training programs. A figure up by more than 20% annually since 2009 and since the implementation of the second training base of ESMA, located in Paris Val d’Europe. ESMA offers a wide range of professional training courses both for technical (Flight Dispatcher, Load Planner etc.) and commercial positions (Check-in Agent, Travel & Sales Agent etc.). The tailored ESMA training has become a growing success in Europe and Africa. In 2012, ESMA will open a third training center in France, located at the international airport of Lyon Saint-Exupéry, focusing on Airport Ground Staff and Cabin crew training.
