Airinmar and European Low-Cost Carrier Sign Warranty Support Agreement

Airinmar, an AAR Subsidiary, has signed an agreement with one of the leading low-cost carriers in Europe. This allows Airinmar to improve its warranty management abilities. Airinmar will operate as an extension of the carrier’s warranty division in three ways. First, Airinmar will assist with heavy/line maintenance warranty entitlements. Second, Airinmar will lend their expertise in reviewing service bulletins for additional warranties. Third, Airinmar will maximize warranty recovery, including free material and labor credits. Airinmar will also assist in recovering warranty and guarantee entitlements on aircraft engines. Furthermore, Airinmar states they will do future work to review the use of expendable equipment. The airline will also utilize Airinmar’s help to review subcontract maintenance and set up quarantines.
