Werner Aero has acquired an Airbus A320-200 (MSN 3282) from Aero Capital Solutions.
The aircraft, currently at Teesside International Airport in the UK, will be dismantled for asset recovery, supporting Werner Aero’s supply of serviceable aircraft components to airlines, lessors, and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers worldwide.
The acquisition expands the company’s inventory of Airbus A320-family material, strengthening its ability to provide reliable, cost-effective aftermarket support for Airbus narrowbody operators. Recovered components will be inspected, certified and made available to meet ongoing market demand.
“We are pleased to continue expanding our Airbus A320 platform inventory through this acquisition,” said Tony Kondo, President and CEO of Werner Aero. “This aircraft represents another important investment in our ability to deliver quality components with the responsiveness, reliability and customer service our partners have come to expect from Werner Aero.”
