Aero Engine Solutions (AES) and Aero Engine Leasing have signed an agreement with a major airline to acquire 14 overhauled CFM56-7B engines through a new joint venture with a leading institutional investor.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone for the companies, expanding their engine portfolio and strengthening their ability to supply operators with serviceable assets as demand for overhauled engines continues to grow.
The partners said the joint venture underlines the importance of strategic partnerships in enabling investment and improving access to high-quality engine assets in an increasingly supply-constrained market.
