SR Technics has signed a two-year agreement with Oman Air to provide engine maintenance services, strengthening its presence in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Under the contract, all engine maintenance work will be carried out at SR Technics’ facility in Zurich, Switzerland. The agreement builds on a longstanding relationship between the companies, which began with line maintenance support in 2011.
The deal marks Oman Air’s expansion of its partnership with the Swiss MRO provider and supports the airline’s long-term fleet maintenance strategy. For SR Technics, it represents further growth in the strategically important MENA market as demand for engine maintenance services continues to rise.
“Our partnership with SR Technics brings together their proven technical expertise with our commitment to delivering a consistent and dependable experience for our guests. Building on a trusted relationship for more than a decade, this agreement strengthens our maintenance capabilities and supports the long-term efficiency and resilience of our fleet,” said Captain Nasser Al Salmi, Chief Operating Officer of Oman Air.
