TAT Technologies (TAT) has expanded its long-standing partnership with Honeywell Aerospace, becoming the sole global authorised distributor of spare parts for the GTCP 331-200/250 auxiliary power unit (APU) platform.
The agreement also extends TAT’s maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) licences for the platform until 2036 and includes the acquisition of three Honeywell 131-9A APUs to support the company’s trading and leasing business.
The expanded partnership gives operators, lessors and MRO providers a single source for both parts and maintenance services, simplifying support and helping reduce aircraft turnaround times.
TAT said the agreement strengthens its relationship with Honeywell while broadening its reach across the global operator community.
