Werner Aero has acquired an Airbus A320-200 airframe, MSN 2964, which is currently located at the eCube facility in St Athan, Wales, where it will be dismantled for spare parts.

The acquisition marks Werner Aero’s second A320-200 purchase in August, further expanding its A320-family portfolio and strengthening its ability to supply airlines, lessors, MRO providers and other aviation customers with aircraft components and aftermarket solutions.

MSN 2964 will be dismantled to recover serviceable components and materials, supporting continued global demand for A320-family parts across the aviation aftermarket.

Werner Aero, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation Group, provides aircraft asset management and logistics solutions to airlines worldwide. The company has offices across the globe and specialises in the A320, Boeing 737NG, E-Jet and CRJ families.

Werner Aero is ISO 9001-certified and an FAA AC 0056B-approved supplier.
