AAR has announced the appointment of Sanjay Sood as Senior Vice-President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer, effective immediately.
Sood will lead AAR’s technology organisation, overseeing enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, as well as the company’s wider adoption of artificial intelligence and other technologies across its operations. He will report to John M. Holmes, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Before joining AAR, Sood was Senior Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer at CDW, a leading multi-brand provider of information technology solutions. In this role, he modernised the company’s platforms, data architecture and AI programmes, while managing the technical integration of several acquisitions. He previously held senior technology and product leadership roles at HERE Technologies, where he led global engineering teams and developed emerging products. Earlier in his career, Sood held leadership positions at YP, formerly AT&T Interactive, AllVoices and BuzzLabs.
