Aviation Capital Group (ACG), a global full-service aircraft asset manager, has delivered a new Boeing 737-8 to Trinity Airways (Trinity), formerly T’way Air, a South Korean selective-service carrier.
Delivered from ACG’s orderbook, the aircraft is the first to enter service featuring the airline’s new brand identity and distinctive Trinity gray and rose gold livery. It will support the carrier’s continued growth and help connect South Korea with the wider Asia-Pacific region from its hubs at Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport in Seoul.
“This aircraft represents more than the addition of another aircraft to our fleet. It is the first aircraft to carry the new Trinity Airways identity into service, marking the first step in our journey with our new brand mission, ‘Relaxed and Reliable.’ We are excited to begin this next phase with the Boeing 737-8 and are pleased to take this important step together with ACG, our valued partner,” said Chris Kong, Senior Vice President and Procurement Director of Trinity Airways.
The delivery is the third aircraft ACG has delivered to Trinity under a seven-aircraft Boeing 737-8 mandate. The remaining aircraft are scheduled for delivery from ACG’s orderbook by the end of 2026.
