Textron Aviation has rolled out the 500th Cessna Citation Latitude business jet from its manufacturing facility in Wichita, Kansas, marking a production milestone for the midsize aircraft, the company said.
The milestone highlights continued demand for the Citation Latitude, which Textron Aviation describes as the world’s best-selling midsize business jet, and recognises the employees involved in its production.
The aircraft features a spacious, stand-up, flat-floor cabin, along with mission capability and operating efficiency. It also offers range and short-field performance, allowing operators to use the aircraft across a range of missions.
The 500th aircraft adds to the growing global fleet of Citation Latitude business jets. Textron Aviation said it would continue to focus on performance, productivity and innovation as operators adopt the aircraft for a range of uses.
