Triumph Group reports second quarter fiscal 2015 net income of $67.4m

Triumph Group reported net sales for second quarter fiscal year 2015 increased 3% to a record $994.1m, operating income for second quarter fiscal year 2015 was $114.7m and included $7.8m of costs related to the Jefferson Street/Red Oak facility transition. Excluding these costs, operating income was $122.5m, reflecting an operating margin of 12%. Net income for second quarter fiscal year 2015 was $67.4m, which included Jefferson Street/Red Oak facility transition costs totaling $7.8m pre-tax. Year-to-date cash flow from operations before pension contributions of $55.4m, was $313.8m.
