PEMCO executes MOU for four B737-400 conversions

PEMCO World Air Services (PEMCO) has announced the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with an undisclosed customer for four B737-400 conversions. The work is scheduled to begin November 2015, with all conversions completed during 2016. PEMCO’s latest 737-400 program will provide converted aircraft with eleven (11) pallet positions, up to 48,000 pounds of payload and 4,600 cubic feet of total volume. The optimized CG of PEMCO’s 737-400 freighter yields the highest possible usable payload and retains maximum fuel efficiency for range and operating economics.
