GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the aviation leasing and financing arm of GE, announced a firm order for 60 Airbus A320neo family aircraft. All of the aircraft will be powered by CFM’s LEAP-1A engines. The agreement was jointly posted by GECAS President and CEO Norman C.T. Liu and Airbus Chief Operating Officer, Customers John Leahy.

China’s Zhejiang Loong Airlines has signed a Rate per Flight Hour (RPFH) agreement with CFM International to support its fleet of CFM56-5B engines. Under the terms of the 12-year agreement, which is valued at US$138m, CFM will guarantee maintenance costs for a total of 17 CFM56-5B engines on a dollar per engine flight hour basis.

Airstream International Group has arranged the dry lease of an ATR42-500, MSN518 (PK-KSF), to Kalstar Aviation of Indonesia. MSN518 was previously owned and operated by FlyMe of the Maldives having been purchased on a sale leaseback.
