Waypoint Leasing, an independent helicopter lessor, has closed its second transaction with Lider Taxi Aereo S/A, the leading provider of helicopter services to the Brazilian offshore energy industry. The transaction included the purchase and leaseback of a Sikorsky S-92 helicopter, which will operate in support of offshore oil and gas operations in Brazil.
