Mammoth Freighters (Mammoth) will expand its Boeing 777 passenger-to-freighter conversion programme to China after selecting STAECO as its newest conversion MRO partner. The company plans to open its first conversion line at STAECO’s new Qingdao facility in September 2026, responding to growing demand for wide-body freighter capacity in China and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
