Nordic Aviation Capital completes sale of three ATR 72-500 aircraft to Borajet

Nordic Aviation Capital confirmed that it has sold three ATR 72-500 aircraft (MSN 588, 701 and 702) to Borajet (Turkey). The aircraft were previously operated by Alitalia Express. Nordic Aviation Capital purchased the aircraft in September 2009 from Alitalia Linee Aeree Italiane and Alitalia Express both of whom were under Extraordinary Administration. Nordic Aviation Capital signed a Letter of Intent with Borajet on the 1st October 2009 and delivered all three aircraft to Borajet by 31st December 2009.
