DVB Group posts satisfactory start into 2010

DVB made a satisfactory start into 2010, in spite of the prevailing difficult environment on international financial and transport markets. Consolidated net income before taxes for the first quarter of 2010 amounted to EUR 16.7 million (down 38.4% year-on-year). Total income during the first quarter of 2010 declined by 9.8% year-on-year, from EUR 63.3 million to EUR 57.1 million.
