Baltic Ground Services to provide into-plane fuelling services for Aeroflot

Baltic Ground Services and Aeroflot, the flag carrier of the Russian Federation, have announced a new cooperation in Poland by signing an into-plane fuelling services agreement. Baltic Ground Services will provide into-plane fuelling services for the Russian carrier’s aircraft at the largest three airports in Poland – Warsaw, Krakow and Katowice. Beginning from January 2013, Baltic Ground Services is to provide Jet A-1 fueling services for Aeroflot aircraft for its two daily flights from Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW), four weekly flights from John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice (KRK) and ad hoc flight services from Katowice International Airport (KTW). Prior to the agreement, Baltic Ground Services had already been providing comprehensive ground handling support for the carrier at Vilnius International Airport, Lithuania.
