Bombardier has expanded its worldwide training capabilities for business aircraft customers with the addition of a Level D Full-Flight Simulator (FFS) for Global 5000 and Global 6000 aircraft equipped with the Bombardier Vision Flight Deck. The newly added, CAE-built FFS is located at Bombardier’s training centre in Dallas, Texas and was installed in March 2013. This addition boosts OEM-backed Global 5000 and Global 6000 aircraft flight training and maintenance training, currently offered at Bombardier’s training centre in Montréal, Canada. Bombardier Aircraft Training is planning multiple certifications for the new simulator, in support of its business aircraft customers. The FFS will be ready for training in June 2013.
