Lion Group takes milestone delivery of 50th ATR 72-600 aircraft

Indonesia’s Lion Group, ATR’s largest customer, took delivery of its 50th ATR 72-600 of the 100 aircraft ordered to date. The ATR 72-600 will enter service this month with Lion Group’s regional subsidiary company, Wings Air, which already operates a fleet of 40 ATR aircraft in Indonesia. The remaining 50 ATR 72-600s will be delivered between 2015 and 2019.
