Aircastle announced the pricing of US$500m aggregate principal amount of its 5.00% senior notes due 2023 (the “notes”). The notes were priced at par. Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of aircraft or the refinancing of its existing indebtedness. The offering is expected to close on March 24th, 2016, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
