Aviation Capital Group (ACG) has placed an order for 75 Airbus A320neo-family aircraft, with deliveries scheduled between 2032 and 2035, the aircraft lessor said on Thursday.
The agreement includes conversion rights to other variants in the A320neo family, giving ACG greater flexibility over its future delivery schedule.
ACG had 118 A320neo-family aircraft in its fleet as of June 30, 2026. The new order brings its outstanding orders for the aircraft family to 115.
The deal is the largest order in ACG’s nearly 40-year history, said Thomas Baker, the company’s Chief Executive and President.
“ACG’s portfolio strategy is focused on new-technology narrow-body aircraft that are most in-demand with airlines globally,” Baker said, adding that the order reflected confidence in the long-term future of air travel.
The deal also extends ACG’s orderbook into the mid-2030s and positions it for further growth, he said.
The A320neo family, powered by engines from CFM International and Pratt & Whitney, offers up to 20% lower fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions per seat than previous-generation aircraft, as well as a 50% reduction in noise, Airbus said.
The A320neo can carry up to 194 passengers and has a maximum range of 3,400 nautical miles (6,300 km), while the larger A321neo can accommodate up to 244 passengers and has a range of up to 4,000 nautical miles (7,400 km).
