Delta reported a pre-tax loss for the quarter of $105 million, an $80 million improvement compared to the prior year period excluding reorganization items. Delta's net income for the year was $1.6 billion, or $418 million excluding reorganization related items. Delta reported a net loss of $70 million for the fourth quarter.
