BBAM Limited Partnership (BBAM), a global aviation investment manager, has announced the final close of its third flagship aviation fund, Incline Aviation III, with total capital commitments exceeding US$1.7 billion.
The fund continues the investment strategy developed through its predecessors, targeting opportunities across the commercial aviation market, including aircraft, engines and related credit investments.
Incline Aviation III attracted commitments from a diverse group of existing and new institutional investors, reflecting continued interest in BBAM’s aviation investment strategy and the growth of its Incline platform.
“We appreciate the confidence that both existing and new investors have placed in BBAM through Incline Aviation III,” said Steve Zissis, President and Chief Executive of BBAM.
“Our focus remains on deploying capital selectively into opportunities where our experience, scale and global aviation relationships can create meaningful value,” he added.
Incline Aviation III draws on BBAM’s nearly 40 years of experience in sourcing, acquiring, financing and managing commercial aircraft worldwide. Its predecessor funds include Incline Aviation I, which secured US$1.2 billion in commitments, including affiliated co-investments, and Incline Aviation II, which attracted US$1.5 billion.
The fund had invested or committed more than US$625 million in equity as of June 2026, equivalent to 37% of its final size.
