Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey (LTAA), a subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik AG, celebrates the final test run after servicing the 3000th turboprop engine of the Pratt & Whitney Canada PW100 series. The engine, a PW127M, destined for an ATR72-500 of the Spanish airline Binter Canarias, was honoured with a commemorative event in the Alzey facility. The first engine of the PW100 series of the Canadian manufacturer was serviced by LTAA already in 1988.
