Safran Landing Systems is to become a key participant in Bell‘s tiltrotor aircraft programme, a crucial component of the U.S. Army's Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) project. Under the terms of the contract, Safran Landing Systems will take charge of designing and developing a fully integrated landing system, forging a robust foundation to fulfil forthcoming demands.
The U.S. Army's selection of Bell was made public at the close of 2022.
