In August, Finnair carried 1,205,300 passengers, 11.5% more than in the corresponding period of 2017. The number of passengers grew in Asian traffic 13.4%, European traffic 12.2%, North America traffic 11.8% and domestic traffic 5.0%.
Finnair’s overall capacity increased in August by 15.3% year-on-year and traffic grew by 13.0%. The load factor decreased year-on-year by 1.7 points to 84.1%.
